Your Role with the Company:

As a Fire Sprinkler Foreman, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems in various commercial and industrial settings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Minimum of Four years’ experience installing fire sprinkler systems
  • Supervise and lead a team in the installation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in commercial and industrial facilities.
  • Expertise includes the installation and operation of wet, dry, deluge, and preaction sprinkler systems, as well as underground piping, standpipes, and fire pump systems
  • Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, safety regulations, and fire protection codes.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and clients to deliver on-time project completion.
  • Conduct inspections of fire sprinkler systems, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective measures.
  • Perform hands-on work as necessary, providing technical expertise and guidance to team members.
  • Manage project schedules, labor allocation, material orders, and site logistics to meet project goals.
  • Document and report on project progress, providing updates to senior management and clients as needed. 

Basic Requirements:

  • Valid Texas Fire Suppression License (FEL-A)- is a plus
  • NICET certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Valid RME-I certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Valid Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL)- is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of fire protection systems and NFPA codes.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools for installation tasks.
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License and own transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Strong understanding of fire alarm systems and components.
