Company:
A global leader providing building technology and integrated solutions for fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression systems, security/ access control, and HVAC to various markets including large institutions, commercial buildings, retail and industrial.
Your Role:
- Assist foreman with the installation of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems.
- Assemble and install a variety of metal and non-metal pipes, tubes, and fittings.
- Connect pipes using threaded, soldered, or grooved. Secure pipe to structures with brackets, clamps, and hangers.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Work with basic hand tools/power tools.
- Work for ladder or heights.
Background Profile:
- Sprinkler Fitter experience is a plus but willing to train.
- New commercial construction experience is preferred.
- A strong mechanical background is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand prints.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding position that requires heavy lifting, bending, stooping/kneeling, and high lift equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Pass criminal background and drug screen.
