Your Role:

As a Fire Alarm Lead Technician, you will:

  • Lead crews in Installing, testing, and maintaining fire alarm systems in commercial buildings.

  • Perform device terminations and panel connections.

  • Ensure systems comply with NFPA standards and local codes.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

  • Provide leadership for junior technicians and contribute to project success.

What You Bring:

  • Active State of Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL).

  • Knowledge of NFPA 72 standards and fire alarm wiring requirements.

  • Experience with device terminations, panel programming, and system testing.

  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver s license, and a safety-first attitude.
