In this role, your technical skill, code knowledge, and leadership ability play a critical part in delivering reliable life-safety systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional environments. What You ll Do as a Licensed Level III Fire Alarm Technician
Lead or independently complete installation, testing, and commissioning of complex fire alarm systems
Perform advanced device and panel terminations, addressing, and system configuration
Diagnose system issues using industry tools, meters, and software platforms
Interpret and work from blueprints, riser diagrams, engineered drawings, and NFPA 72 requirements
Ensure all work complies with Texas licensing regulations and AHJ inspection standards
Collaborate with Lead Technicians, Foremen, Superintendents, and Project Managers to keep projects on track
Mentor Level I and Level II Technicians, supporting crew development and jobsite success

Who You Are
Holder of a valid State of Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL)
3+ years of commercial fire alarm installation and troubleshooting experience
Highly skilled in device layout, programming support, terminations, and system commissioning
Strong understanding of fire alarm initiating devices, notification appliances, control functions, and signal transmission
Experienced with system diagnostics, meter use, and code-driven installation requirements
Able to confidently read and interpret blueprints, engineered designs, and technical documentation
Reliable, safety-driven, and ready to move toward leadership roles
Valid driver s license and dependable transportation
