What You ll Do as a Lead Technician?
Direct and mentor field crews during installation, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm systems
Oversee device terminations, panel connections, and system integration
Ensure compliance with NFPA 72 and applicable codes
Troubleshoot issues and verify system performance
Partner with Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Managers to keep projects on track
Support the development of Helpers, Level I III Technicians, and Service Technicians
What You Bring to the Team?
Active Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL)
Strong understanding of NFPA 72 and commercial fire alarm system requirements
Experience with device installation, panel programming, and system testing
Ability to read and interpret plans, schematics, and technical documentation
Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license
A leadership mindset and a commitment to delivering quality work
