Role Summary: As a Fire Alarm Helper, you will support the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems in commercial buildings. This entry-level role is designed to provide you with the foundational skills and experience needed to advance within the fire protection industry.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in Installations: Help with the installation of fire alarm systems, including pulling and routing cables, mounting devices, and connecting equipment under the supervision of senior technicians.
• Maintenance Support: Aid in the routine maintenance and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and comply with safety standards.
• Troubleshooting: Learn to identify and resolve basic issues with fire alarm systems, escalating complex problems to senior technicians as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure work sites are secure and clean.

What You'll Need:

• Basic Knowledge: Some understanding of electrical systems and components is beneficial.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, and work at heights.
