Your Role as a Fire Alarm Helper:
Assist with the installation of wiring and mounting of commercial fire alarm systems under the supervision of licensed technicians.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and floor plans to determine device locations and cable pathways.
Pull and terminate low-voltage cables for devices such as smoke detectors, strobes, pull stations, heat sensors, and duct detectors.
Verify system functionality through continuity checks, voltage testing, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
Basic Requirements:
Valid Driver s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
