Your Role as a Fire Alarm Technician: As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will:

• Install, service, and maintain fire alarm systems in commercial environments.
• Pull and terminate fire alarm cabling using J-hooks, bridle rings, and conduit.
• Perform device terminations on smoke detectors, pull stations, horns, and strobes.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and testing using industry-standard test equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fire alarm system documentation.
• Ensure installations comply with NFPA standards and local fire codes.

Background Profile:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience with commercial fire alarm installations.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with NFPA standards and basic fire alarm system components.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities and proficiency with test equipment.
• Requirements: Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
