Your Role with the Company
As an Entry-Level Installer, you will work with a team of skilled professionals to install and service security and life safety systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the installation of cabling, hardware, and support structures for access control and video surveillance systems.
• Gaining hands-on experience in installing devices like card readers, mag-locks, door strikes, and CCTV cameras.
• Learning to read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations.
• Operating industry-specific tools and equipment.
• Following industry best practices and safety protocols on every project.

Background Profile
To excel in this role, you should have:

• A mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work.
• Experience in construction or physically demanding environments (preferred but not required).
• A commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• A desire to learn and grow in the security and technology field.
