Your role:

The Recruiter is a talent agent with direct involvement in building life-long relationships with skilled candidates and industry partners.  Recruiters plan and work daily with a team in a multifaceted role flexing their marketing, sales, and relationship-building muscles as they execute strategies to identify, attract, engage, interview/assess, and ultimately match qualified candidates with the right opportunities.   

Background Profile

Previous experience involving any of the following skills: writing/posting job ads, interviewing, hiring, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, staff management, and sales.

Career-minded, self-starter with a manager/leader mentality.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Previous agency full cycle recruiter experience in lieu of other forms of business management experience.

Intermediate to advanced skill set with computers and computer software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Applicant Tracking Systems, etc.

Prior industry-related or skill trade experience or knowledge is a plus (eg: Electrical Install, HVAC, MEP, Cabling, Fire Alarm, Security Alarm, Electrical)
