We re seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join a skilled team building large, high-profile projects across the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. If you have the leadership, technical expertise, and drive to see major builds through from start to finish this opportunity is for you.
About the Opportunity
As a Commercial Electrical Foreman, you ll oversee crews and installations on ground-up commercial projects such as high-rise offices, hospitals, educational campuses, and industrial facilities. You ll work closely with project managers, general contractors, and your crew to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
What You ll Do
Supervise electricians and apprentices on large-scale commercial projects.
Plan, coordinate, and execute daily job site activities.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and one-line drawings.
Manage materials, manpower, and workflow to meet project schedules.
Ensure installations comply with NEC, local codes, and company standards.
Communicate with GC and project managers to resolve field challenges.
Oversee conduit installation, feeders, panels, switchgear, lighting, and controls.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members for performance and growth.
Who You Are
Hold a current Texas Journeyman Electrician License (required).
5+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 2 years in a foreman or lead role.
Proven experience managing crews on large-scale commercial or industrial new construction projects.
Strong understanding of NEC, construction scheduling, and project documentation.
Skilled at material management, safety enforcement, and quality assurance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Reliable transportation and personal hand tools.
Experience coordinating with in-house prefab or layout teams a plus.
