TradeSTAR is actively seeking an experienced Job Runner / Journeyman Foreman for a direct hire position with a well-established commercial electrical contractor located on the Northwest side of Houston. This opportunity is ideal for a proven field leader who has successfully managed large-scale commercial projects valued at $1 million and up.
Position Overview
Job Runner / Journeyman Foreman
Responsible for managing day-to-day field operations
Lead crews on large commercial electrical projects
Coordinate manpower, materials, and schedules
Serve as the primary field point of contact for project execution
Required Experience & Qualifications
Texas Journeyman Electrician License
3 5 years of recent experience as a Foreman or Job Runner
Proven experience running commercial projects valued at $1M+
Strong leadership and crew management skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and specifications
Experience coordinating with project managers and superintendents
Commitment to quality workmanship, productivity, and jobsite safety
Professional communication and problem-solving skills
