Description: TradeSTAR is actively seeking certified Heavy Equipment Operators for a commercial electrical contractor. This role is ideal for operators with an electrical construction background who are experienced working on large-scale commercial projects.
Position Overview:
Heavy Equipment Operators will be responsible for safely operating excavators and other heavy machinery to support underground electrical work, including trenching, digging, and site preparation.
Requirements:
Certification to operate heavy equipment (excavators, trenchers, etc.)
Proven experience operating heavy machinery on commercial job sites
Electrical construction knowledge and hands-on experience required
Ability to work safely around underground utilities
Strong understanding of job site safety standards
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
