TradeSTAR is hiring a Journeyman Electrical Foreman to lead crews on small to mid-size commercial new construction and renovation projects throughout the DFW area. This role is with a respected electrical contractor that stays busy with tenant finish-outs, remodels, and ground-up commercial builds.

About the Opportunity | What You ll Do
Lead and supervise small to mid-size electrical crews on commercial job sites
Oversee new construction and renovation/tenant improvement projects
Work hands-on alongside your crew when needed
Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications
Plan daily work activities and assign manpower efficiently
Install and oversee conduit, wire, lighting, devices, panels, and branch circuitry
Coordinate with general contractors, superintendents, and inspectors
Track productivity, job progress, and material needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Who You Are | Qualifications
Texas Journeyman Electrician License (required)
Experience working as a Foreman or Lead Electrician on commercial projects
Strong background in commercial remodels, tenant finish-outs, and ground-up builds
Solid understanding of NEC, installation methods, and job sequencing
Comfortable leading 5 15 electricians depending on project size
Strong communication skills and a leadership-first mindset
Reliable transportation
