TradeSTAR is currently seeking an experienced Infield Foreman for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our top commercial electrical clients located in Northwest Houston. This is a long-term career opportunity.
Position Overview
The Infield Foreman will oversee and manage large-scale commercial electrical projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to plans and specifications. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on field experience.
Required Experience & Qualifications
3 5 years of recent Foreman experience running large commercial electrical projects
Proven ability to supervise crews, coordinate daily work activities, and meet project deadlines
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and specifications
Experience with material ordering, manpower planning, and productivity tracking
Valid Journeyman Electrician license
Ability to interview in person
Strong communication and leadership skills
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Preferred Skills
Experience working with general contractors and project managers
OSHA safety knowledge and jobsite safety leadership
Experience mentoring apprentices and journeymen
Familiarity with project documentation and reporting
