Distributed Antenna Systems Engineer Job Description

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing DAS to ensure reliable wireless communication in commercial and institutional environments.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver custom solutions.
• Conducting RF surveys, site evaluations, and system performance tests.
• Ensuring compliance with carrier and industry standards.
• Overseeing installations, testing, and maintenance of DAS headend and antenna equipment.
• Providing technical documentation and progress updates to project managers and clients.

• 3+ years in DAS design, installation, and maintenance.
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus (e.g., iBwave, NICET).
• Must have a Valid Texas Alarm installer license
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License and own transportation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
