Your Role:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic cabling and infrastructure.
- Execute rack and stack tasks for server and network equipment.
- Perform precise fusion splicing for fiber optic terminations.
- Ensure all installations adhere to industry standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to maintain data center efficiency.
- Provide on-site support for system upgrades and equipment replacements.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience with fiber optic installations and fusion splicing.
- Strong knowledge of rack and stack operations in data centers.
- Familiarity with TIA/EIA standards for structured cabling.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a background check.
