Your Role with the Company

As a DAS Superintendent, you will:

• Oversee the installation and integration of DAS systems in commercial and public safety environments.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and personnel to ensure successful project completion.
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical guidance to the installation team.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and client specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to resolve any issues that arise during projects.
• Prepare project reports and documentation as required.

Background Profile

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in DAS installation and integration.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of DAS technologies and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work a varied schedule and be on call for emergencies that arise onsite.
