Your Role with the Company
The Project Manager is responsible for leading installation teams to success through planning, coordination and management/supervision of Access Control, Surveillance systems, Security Alarm, and other Electronic Security and Special Systems installations and retrofit projects. The Project Manager will manage material and manpower scheduling and other logistics associated with successful project completion. This position will require an individual well rounded in all aspects of the installations commercial security alarm, access control, and surveillance systems including financials, logistics and customer interaction with end users and clients as well as General Contractors. This position is a senior role and will oversee a team..
Background Profile
7 -10 Years of Security/Access Control/Surveillance Project Management
Capable of managing multiple access control, cctv, security alarm and fire alarm projects.
Ability to manage 3-5 million in projects a year.
Ability to assist with design as needed.
State of Texas Security License Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software associated with the role
Working knowledge of network hardware and software.
Risk management and conflict resolution skills
Expert working knowledge of security/access control systems and products.
