Your Role with the Company
In this role, you will be responsible for managing commercial electrical construction projects, preparing accurate, detailed estimates, and submitting proposals to GM/GCs. In addition, supports business development efforts, negotiate contracts, work with client and owner on resolutions, manage financial aspects of contracts and maintain good relationships with the client, develop scope of work and manpower estimates, coordinates the planning and implementation of projects, and successfully supervise a team on projects of all sizes and levels.
Background Profile:
Working knowledge of electrical installation, estimating techniques, and cost control.
Experience working in a Project Manager role.
Familiar with Construction/ Project Management software.
Minimum three years experience related to commercial, light industrial, and service projects.
Ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems.
Proficient with MS Suite & Outlook and experience utilizing Accubid and AutoCAD.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Detailed-oriented and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work flexible hours if needed.
