An industry-leading electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to manage installations, crews, and schedules on a variety of high-profile commercial projects. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity through TradeSTAR, offering steady work, competitive pay, and room to grow.
About the Job
You ll take the lead on commercial new construction and renovation projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and code-compliant electrical installations. Projects include office buildings, schools, medical facilities, retail centers, and industrial sites.
You ll:
Supervise and coordinate field crews and daily work schedules.
Plan installations and verify work against blueprints and specifications.
Manage materials, labor, and productivity goals.
Oversee conduit installation, wiring, terminations, and testing.
Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and TradeSTAR support staff.
Ensure compliance with NEC, safety standards, and jobsite policies.
Who You Are
Licensed Texas Journeyman Electrician (required)
1+ years of recent experience as a Foreman on commercial electrical projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of NEC and commercial installation methods
Skilled in EMT and Rigid conduit bending and installation
Comfortable with blueprint reading, layout, and material tracking
Professional, safety-conscious, and motivated to lead by example
