Your Role as a Commercial Electrical Foreman:

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on large commercial job sites.
• Oversee the installation of electrical systems, ensuring projects meet safety codes, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project flow.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices, ensuring safety and best practices are upheld.
• Monitor materials, labor, and time to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications:

• State of Texas Journeyman Electrician License required.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial electrical jobs.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage crews and delegate tasks effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial electrical systems, NEC codes, and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications and communicate effectively with team members.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
