Your Role
As a Central Office Technician, you'll help assemble, install, and maintain critical telecommunications infrastructure in Central Office environments.
Responsibilities Include:
Assemble, install, and maintain equipment racks, bays, and power systems
Complete detailed equipment builds, wiring, and cable terminations
Install and organize telecommunications equipment according to project specifications
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation documentation
Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper operation
Work alongside Lead Technicians, Foremen, and Project Managers to complete projects safely, accurately, and on schedule
Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Central Office Technician with strong assembly skills
Experience with equipment rack installation, wiring, cabling, and system builds
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Team-oriented with a safety-first mindset
Reliable transportation and a professional attitude
