Your Role: As an Experienced Audio/Visual Technician, you will be at the forefront of installing and maintaining cutting-edge AV systems in various commercial environments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting audio, video, and lighting systems.
• Leading a team of technicians on large-scale installation projects.
• Interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
• Collaborating with clients to customize and optimize AV solutions.
• Performing system testing, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial AV installations.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and system diagrams.
• Experience leading small to medium-sized crews.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, including projectors, sound systems, and control panels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• AVIXA CTS certification is a plus, but not required.
