Audio Visual Technician Job Description:
- Knowledgeable with signal flow, troubleshooting/ client etiquette, service documentation, and willing to take additional training/courses.
- Assist with installation of add on’s and upgrades; installing support structures, cabling and equipment for multiple AV projects including conferencing, Crestron, AMX, processors, touch panels, video walls, sounds distribution, sound masking, and intercoms.
- Install equipment such as: microphones, speakers, IP cameras, projectors, video displays transmitters, receivers, blue tooth devices, matrix, amplifiers, processors, and component distribution on rack.
- Perform terminations of: RJ45, RG6, BNC, RCA, VGA, HDMI, DB9, RS-232 & solder XLR connectors.
- Perform systems testing for normal operations.
