Your Role with the Company
As a Field Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising field supervisors, employees, subcontractors, and contingent labor resources. You will be responsible for forecasting labor needs, scheduling, approving time sheets, hiring, performing installations, startup/closeout projects, assisting Project Managers as needed, and other tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Background Profile
4+ years’ experience installing audio visual cabling and hardware in a commercial environment.
Capable of pulling, identifying, and labeling various cables/wires used to transmit audio/video signals and installing related support structure.
Working knowledge of audio installation, service, general layout, documentation, testing and commissioning with little to no supervision.
Ability to direct helpers and level I -IV technicians throughout the normal course of a workday
AVIXA CTS Preferred but not required.
At least one year of experience in a Field Superintendent of similar role.
OSHA 10 a plus
Safety Conscious.
An excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
