Now Hiring Experienced Commercial AV Leads!
We re looking for a skilled Lead Audio Visual Technician to join one of San Antonio s top low-voltage integrators. You ll take charge of AV installation projects in commercial environments schools, offices, hospitals, and more.
What You will Do:
Lead crews installing commercial audio visual systems.
Install, terminate, and test AV racks, displays, speakers, projectors, video walls, and control systems.
Pull and label Cat6, speaker wire, and HDMI cabling.
Read blueprints, manage daily crew tasks, and ensure quality installations.
Commission systems including Crestron, Extron, Biamp, and QSC.
What You Bring:
4+ years of commercial AV installation experience.
Experience leading AV crews and mentoring techs.
Strong understanding of signal flow, terminations, and system commissioning.
CTS certification a plus.
Excellent communication and safety awareness.
