What You ll Own on the Jobsite
Lead AV installation crews on active commercial projects
Install, terminate, and configure AV cabling, equipment racks, displays, projectors, and audio systems
Diagnose issues and fine-tune systems to meet design and performance standards
Coordinate daily with client representatives, Project Managers, and field leadership
Ensure quality workmanship, installation accuracy, and on-time project completion
Train and mentor Level I, Level II, and Level III Technicians

What You Bring to the Role
5+ years of commercial AV installation experience with proven leadership ability
Strong technical skills in mounting, cabling, system installation, and configuration
Confidence troubleshooting complex AV systems in fast-paced environments
Ability to read and execute from blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
Professional, organized, and quality-driven mindset
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
