What You ll Lead & Accomplish
Oversee AV installation teams on commercial job sites
Install, terminate, and configure AV cabling, equipment racks, displays, projectors, and audio systems
Troubleshoot and fine-tune system performance to meet design specifications
Coordinate directly with client representatives, project managers, and field leadership
Ensure installation quality, project accuracy, and on-time completion
Mentor Level I, Level II, and Level III Technicians to promote team success

Who You Are
5+ years of commercial AV installation experience with proven leadership capability
Strong skills in system installation, mounting, cabling, and system configuration
Confident troubleshooting complex AV systems in fast-paced environments
Able to interpret and execute from blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
Professional, organized, and committed to high-quality craftsmanship
Possess a valid driver s license and reliable transportation
