What You ll Estimate & Deliver
Prepare detailed AV project estimates for commercial installations
Review bid documents, drawings, and specifications to determine scope and pricing
Perform material takeoffs including equipment, cabling, labor, and accessories
Develop accurate cost breakdowns for labor, materials, and system integration
Collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Sales teams
Evaluate vendor pricing, equipment options, and value-engineering opportunities
Support bid submissions, revisions, and pre-construction planning
What Sets You Apart
Experience in commercial AV installation, estimating, or system design
Strong understanding of AV systems including displays, audio, control, and infrastructure
Ability to interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Comfortable working with estimating software, spreadsheets, and AV design tools
Effective communicator with both technical teams and project stakeholders
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
