Job Position: Audio/Video Technicians
Location: San Antonio, TX 78249
Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00/hr
Description: Hiring Level I AV Technicians
Looking to grow your career in Audio Visual and low voltage? TradeSTAR is hiring Level I AV Technicians for commercial projects across San Antonio. If you ve got at least 6 months of hands-on experience and want to build a long-term career in a city with strong institutional and government project demand this is your opportunity.

What You ll Do
You ll work with a skilled team installing commercial AV systems:
Pull, route, and label AV cabling (speaker wire, coax, control cable)
Assist with installing speakers, TVs, projectors, and AV racks
Perform wall fishing, cable dressing, and job site prep
Install J-hooks, bridle rings, and other support structures
Complete basic terminations with supervision
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We re Looking For
At least 6 months of AV, low voltage, or structured cabling experience
Basic knowledge of cable pulling and installation practices
Ability to use hand tools and follow direction
Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and advance in the AV trade
Reliable transportation to San Antonio job sites
