Your Role: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily office activities, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence.
  • Assisting with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Supporting the team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintaining organized records and files, both digital and physical.
  • Assisting with special projects as needed.

Background Profile:

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
