Your Role as an Access Control Technician  

As an Access Control Service Technician, you are responsible for trouble shooting, testing, repairing, and servicing a variety of systems and equipment which may include access control, security alarms, surveillance cameras and fire alarm systems. You will be interacting with clients, focused on customer satisfaction, accurately identifying hardware malfunctions, software issues and providing suggestions to improve client’s experience on user end. With ability to communicate and document services clearly. This position is for a self-starter who can determine what they need to complete a job, request proper parts, material and manage their time and resources to work efficiently. Also, willing to communicate with supervisors on what you need to perform your job effectively.

• Technical skills and experience related to building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and security systems.  
• Strong programming skills and ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.  
• Must be able to work without supervision.
