Your Responsibilities:

As an Access Control Technician, you will leverage your experience and skills to contribute to large-scale commercial projects. Working with top contractors in Texas, your responsibilities will include:

• License: Active or the ability to obtain an access control license.
• Experience: 2+ years in relevant access control installation, service, and configuration.
• Skills: Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical schematics.
• Understanding: Functional knowledge of low voltage systems and relays.
• Installation: Ability to install cabling, mount equipment, install card readers, door contacts, mag locks, electrified strikes, and integrated systems.
• Cabling: Proficiency in assembling and installing access control panels, power supplies, cable pathways, CAT cable, low voltage cable, and coax.
• Testing: Ability to test voltage and continuity using a multimeter.
• Technology: General understanding of Network Technology.
• Tools: Proficiency in operating hand tools and equipment required for associated tasks.

• Must have Valid Driver’s license and own transportation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
