Your Role: Access Control Service Technician

What You’ll Do:

  • Service and troubleshoot access control equipment including card readers, electronic locks, request to exit buttons & motion detectors, and control panels.
  • Trouble shoot and repair gate access and video surveillance components.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues, including network connectivity and proper customer system settings requirements.
  • Collaborating with clients to provide technical solutions and superior service.
  • Documenting all service activities and communicating parts/material needs to supervisors.
  • Interpreting blueprints and device maps for efficient installation and repair
  • Maintain an organized service vehicle, ensuring all tools and materials are ready for scheduled appointments.
  • Self-motivation and effective time management to ensure timely job completion
  • Experience with Brivo systems is preferred but not required.
 
 

Job Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Clear an extensive criminal background check.
  • Flexibility to work on a varied schedule as needed.
