Access Control Service Technician Job Description:
As an Access Control Service Technician, you will service various systems and equipment, including access control, security alarms, and surveillance cameras.
Your responsibilities will include:
Interacting with clients professionally and providing solutions for hardware malfunctions and software issues to enhance their experience.
Clear communication and documentation of services.
Relaying parts and material requests to your supervisor.
Self-motivation and effective time management to ensure timely job completion.
2+ years of experience running low-voltage cable in commercial environments.
2+ years of experience trimming out and installing card access devices, electronic locks, intrusion devices, and video surveillance cameras in commercial environments.
Intermediate networking experience, especially setting up and accessing control panels and video surveillance NVRs, servers, and cameras.
2+ years of experience with access control programming.
Proficient at safely working on a lift.
Efficiently reading blueprints and device maps.

Basic Requirements:
Must have Valid Driver s license and own transportation.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
