Your Role: Access Control Service Technician

What You’ll Do:

• 3+ years of experience working with access control systems and related security equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain and repair access control systems, including door strikes, mag-locks, and card readers.
• Work with clients to understand their needs and provide customized security solutions.
• Perform service add On’s and upgrades that comply with industry standards, best practices, and safety codes.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, and materials used for service records.

Basic Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Clear an extensive criminal background check.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule as needed.
