Your Responsibilities

As an Access Control Service Technician, you’ll:

• Troubleshoot, test, and repair access control systems, electronic locks, and card readers.
• Configure and maintain NVRs, security panels, and surveillance systems.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure system reliability.
• Provide exceptional service and solutions to clients.
• Document all work performed and relay material requests to supervisors.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2+ years in access control system service and repair.
• Skills: Expertise in low-voltage wiring, card access devices, and video surveillance.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with systems like Lenel, AMAG, or S2 (preferred).
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and ability to pass background and drug screenings.
