Your Role as an Access Control Service Technician:

• Troubleshoot, test, and repair access control systems, electronic locks, and card readers.
• Configure and maintain NVRs, security panels, and surveillance systems.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure system reliability.
• Provide exceptional service and solutions to clients.
• Document all work performed and relay material requests to supervisors.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 7+ years of commercial access control & security system installation experience
• Proficiency with major access control platforms (Lenel, AMAG, Genetec, etc.)
• Experience leading and training installation teams
• Ability to read blueprints, run wire, and terminate devices
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of low-voltage security systems
• Reliable transportation & ability to pass a background check
