Our client is a global technology integrator with an international footprint and a focus on commercial sales, installation, and service of life safety, access control, and security solutions. 

In business for over twenty years, this company has brick-and-mortar locations in all major Texas markets, employs thousands worldwide, and continues its growth trend. Due to rapid growth in their San Antonio office, they seek an Access Control Systems Programmer to add to their team.

Responsibilities will include:

·        Commissioning systems remotely and onsite to complete all phases of the project's programming and troubleshooting

·        Perform duties by conducting software installation, multiple system integration, basic to advance system configuration, and training the end user on functionality.

·        Keep clear records of the information used during system commissioning.

·        Programming of Access Control and Video Management Systems

·        Customer Interaction

·        Provide feedback to determine Improvements Needed in the Installation process

·        Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

·        Experience programming and system certifications in one or more of the following:  Genetec, Software House, Lenel, Axis or AMAG access control.

·        Well-rounded and have recent experience programming access control/security systems for commercial uses. 

·        Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

·        Ability to maintain a professional appearance and relationship with clients.

·        Must have the ability to read schematic diagrams and drawing

·        Excellent troubleshooting skills.

·        Pass criminal background and drug screen.
