Your Role with the Company:

As an Access Control Programmer, you will play a pivotal role in our success. We are an IT company that has launched our department in security and access control, this position is to become a clear player and join our vision for mutual success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Your Role as an Access Control Programmer: As an Access Control Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and testing completed new installations of Genetec, Avigilon and Bosch systems.
  • Trouble shooting and repairing, software issues and malfunctions.
  • Your tasks will involve training end users to demonstrate equipment functionality, commissioning new systems, analyzing performance, and identifying malfunctions.
  • Servicing and maintaining various systems and equipment, including security intrusion alarms, video surveillance and access control, performing updates and add on’s.
  • You will provide valuable insights to management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, installation techniques, and standards, as well as suggest product improvements.
  • Collaborating closely with the Project Manager and/or Operations Manager, you will contribute to the overall coordination of specific projects. Additionally, you will supervise workers in testing, tuning, and provide feedback to adjust equipment to achieve optimal operating performance.
 

Job Requirements

Basic Requirement

  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License and own transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule.
