TradeSTAR is partnering with a respected San Antonio area integrator seeking experienced Access Control Service Technicians to support commercial customers across the region. If you know your way around card access, door hardware, troubleshooting, and system upgrades, this is your next solid opportunity.
About the Opportunity / What You ll Do
You will support commercial service customers throughout the San Antonio area by:
Servicing and troubleshooting access control systems
Installing and repairing card readers, door hardware, and low-voltage device wiring
Working with panels, power supplies, controllers, and system software
Responding to service calls and performing preventative maintenance
Completing documentation and communicating findings with the service team
Providing professional on-site support and customer interaction
Qualifications / Who You Are
2+ years of access control or low-voltage service experience
Comfortable with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system repair
Familiar with cabling, terminations, door hardware, controllers, and readers
Able to work independently in the field
Possess basic hand tools, drill/driver, and PPE
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
