Access Control Service Technician Job Description:
Service and troubleshoot access control equipment including card readers, electronic locks, request to exit buttons & motion detectors, and control panels.
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues, including network connectivity and proper customer system settings requirements.
Collaborating with clients to provide technical solutions and superior service.
Documenting all service activities and communicating parts/material needs to supervisors.
Interpreting blueprints and device maps for efficient installation and repair
Maintain an organized service vehicle, ensuring all tools and materials are ready for scheduled appointments.
Self-motivation and effective time management to ensure timely job completion
Basic Requirements:
Experience with Brivo and Verkada programming is a plus.
Minimum of 4 years of industry experience with access control systems.
Must have a Valid Driver s License and own transportation.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
