Your Role with the Company:

As an Access Control Service Technician, you will play as a key player in expanding the success of our service department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshoot, repair devices and equipment for access control and surveillance systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections on systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Knowledgeable with fundamentals of system functions, relay logic, electronics wiring, construction trim out and project documentation.
• Experience with Brivo, Infinias, and Open Options AC systems, including device and panel installation and full panel programming.
• BOSCH Intrusion: Experience with BOSCH intrusion systems, including device and panel installation and full panel programming.
• Installation and repair experience trimming out and installing card access devices, electronic locks, intrusion devices, and video surveillance cameras in commercial environments.
• Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional service to our clients.
• Keep detailed records of service calls and maintenance activities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Basic Requirement

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License and own transportation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule.
